It should be either bubble or foam wrapped to avoid damage during transit.
Yes, but only up to £100. However, if your device is worth more than £100 we encourage you to use Special Delivery which has the insurance value of up to £750.
It costs around £6.70-£7.50. It depends on the weight of the item.
Yes, you can. However, you must inform us immediately either by contacting us direct or by logging into your account.
We will email you the postage label in PDF version. You just have to download and print the postage label.
Do not worry if it gets damaged during transit. Inform us and we will send you a replacement free sales pack.

It normally takes 1-2 working days. We use Royal Mail First Class Service.
It normally takes 3-5 working days. However, it depends on your bank.
Yes, you can. However, it has to be arranged before we have inspected the device.

If you have a PayPal account then provide your email or phone number and money will be transferred in to your PayPal account within 2 hours.

Yes, you can. However, you would not be paid extra for the accessories.
Your Mobile Phone will be fully inspected and upon our findings, the fate of the Mobile Phone will be decided. If it is fully working then it would be used either nationally or internationally. However, if the device is faulty or damaged and its repairing or fixing is beyond economic justification, we would take all the usable parts and send it for recycling.
